Studio Policies

Please read these before booking. They protect your time, your deposit, and the quality of your tattoo.

01

Deposits

Due to high appointment demand, every booking requires a deposit. Deposits are not refundable but are transferable if you reschedule. The amount is deducted from your final tattoo cost.

02

No Show, No Call

Clients who do not call or reschedule within the 72 hour notice window forfeit their deposit. To rebook after a missed appointment, a 50% deposit is required.

03

Cancellation & Late Policy

Our success depends on mutual respect of time. We require at least 72 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations forfeit the deposit. If you are running late or cannot make it for unforeseen reasons, contact the studio as soon as possible.

04

Procedure Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we deem unfit for tattooing. This includes clients who are pregnant or under the influence. Clients who change their project idea after submitting a deposit may also be refused, in which case the artist retains the deposit.

05

Missed Appointments

Remembering and respecting your appointment time is your responsibility. We retain the deposit for any client who fails to show without giving 72 hours notice.

06

Artwork Revisions

Revisions that stay within the idea discussed at consultation can be made on the day of your appointment. If you change the idea, placement, or concept and major revisions are needed, your deposit is forfeited, your appointment must be rescheduled, and a new deposit may be required.

07

Touch Up Policy

Courtesy touch ups are at the artist's discretion. Touch ups related to the technical application and healing of a tattoo are free when done within 6 months and by the original artist who did the work.

Touch ups cannot be done until the tattoo has fully healed. Touch ups required due to client negligence with aftercare are charged at the regular tattoo rate. Any change to the originally agreed tattoo is considered new work, not a touch up, and is priced accordingly.

Tattoos on the head, face, genitals, feet, or hands (including fingers) cannot be guaranteed for healing results and may not qualify for free touch ups. These areas often require multiple touch ups and may be charged as new tattoos each time.
08

Refund Policy

No refunds for any reason. In the unlikely event of a mistake, it is the artist's duty to fix it at no cost. There is always something we can do. Contact the studio as soon as possible so we can find the fastest solution.
