Ceaser Emmanuel

Ceaser is a Brooklyn, NY native who has proven to be the epitome of a boss. He has always had a love and passion for art and his community. Though those passions, he attributed to his community back in 2008 where he got his start in the art of tattooing. Since his start he has mastered various styles.

Through dedication, hard work and a supportive team and clients, Ceaser was able to open his first shop in 2011. Over the past Decade, Black Ink has become a household name and has grown tremendously with 8 currently open shops nationwide.

Through his continuous effort to give back to his community, Ceaser has also founded Black Ink Care.
